Private 1:1 class
Refine & Renew
1:1 classes are ideal for begginers and returning practitioners (after a break or injury) looking for a strong foundation to build on safely. The practice will be tailored to ensure it is accecible but still empowers you to grow. We will focus on alignment, breath and awareness to help you build strength and refine your form.
Release & Restore
A gentle flow to mobilise the joints and muscles with a focus on the backline and hips followed by a juicy yin sequence. Allowing you to release the connective tissue and restore your full range of movement by counter acting the shortening of the muscles and connective tissue that usually occurs as a result of running. This class is suitable for all levels and avilable to individuals as well as running groups.

60 min Mindful Vinyasa Flow - 7.30 pm Wednesday
Mindful Vinyasa flow incoporated the awareness of breath and presence of mind to move through a creative and fluid sequence to build heat in the body while finding the the expression of each pose and transition that offers a balance of space and engagement within the body.
Hatha Flow is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on and off the mat. Hatha is traditionally an introspective practice with a focus on awareness. Awareness of the alignment of breath and movement but also of the affects of each pose and the over all practice. Don't be fooled though, it can still be a challenging and engaging practice. You get what you put in.

More Vinyasa Flow is a creative sequencing of yoga postures built around a set of surya namaskar (sun salutations). These sun salutations enable the body to build heat, endurance, flexibility, and also a lot of strength. This encourages the body to breathe more freely and align into the following postures with ease. All levels welcome.
